How to Enter:

We recommend that you review the sample skits and download and print the: Video Title Cards, Tips & Tools, and Interview Questions before you get started.

• Step 1: Record. Film a fun duo-role interview (Role A: PCS, Role B: You!).
• Step 2: Post. Publicly post your video to LinkedIn, Facebook, or X with the hashtags #DronePathways #PCSEdventures. Your post must be set to Public so we can see your masterpiece!
• Step 3: Enter Contest. Submit your entry at: offers.edventures.com/giveaway by completing the contest entry form. To be eligible, you must provide both:
  • The link to your public social media post (for verification).
    
  • A direct upload of your original video file.
• Step 4: Attend the Draft Day Webinar Join us on April 2, 2026, at 3:30 PM MT for the "Draft Day" live event. We will unveil the Drone Pathways program and announce the Prize winner live! 

Winner Selection:

This is a contest of skill, not chance. All eligible entries will be judged by a panel of the PCS Edventures team based on the following criteria:

• Creativity & Originality (40%): How unique and entertaining is the skit?

• Adherence to Theme (30%): Does the video clearly follow the "Dual-Role" interview format and answers the required questions?

• Enthusiasm (30%): Does the educator show genuine excitement for STEM/Drones?

One (1) Finalist will be selected each week during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen from this pool of Finalists (plus any eligible Wildcard entries) during the Draft Day Webinar.

In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest "Creativity" score will win.

Prize:

• One (1) Drone Pathways Custom Package (ARV: $10,000):
  Includes:
• Educator Curriculum Guide.
• Student Curriculum Pages.
• All necessary build materials.

Prize Details:

• The Prize is awarded to the winner's eligible educational institution or organization, not the individual entrant.
• To accept the prize, the winning organization must complete a W-9 form and a Prize Acceptance Form.
• The winning organization is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Notification:

Winner Announced: We'll announce the winner at the Draft Day Webinar on April 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM MT followed by a public announcement on or after April 8, 2026.

Claiming Your Prize: The winner will be announced live on Draft Day. If the winner is not present, we will attempt to reach them via the email address provided at entry. The winner must reply within 48 hours (2 business days) to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this window, the entrant with the next highest judging score will be selected.

Rights Granted by you:

By entering this contest and uploading your video, you understand and agree that PCS Edventures (the "Sponsor"), anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, video, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Video Specifics: You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. By submitting the video, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Terms:

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the giveaway to ensure fairness and security. This includes disqualification for tampering, multiple entries, or using automated methods. Sponsors have the right to maintain the integrity of the giveaway and void entries as needed. By entering, you agree to receive occasional email updates from Sponsors (you can unsubscribe anytime).

Limited Liability:

By entering, you agree Sponsors are not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss related to your entry or prize. This includes technical problems, service issues, or human error during the giveaway process.

Disputes:

These rules follow Idaho and US laws. Any disagreements will be settled individually in an Idaho court, not as a class-action lawsuit. You can't claim more than your entry costs, and you waive rights to certain types of damages.
