Who Can Win?

This giveaway is open to amazing Educators who meet these criteria:

• USA residents.
• 18 years or older.
• Work as an educator in a public, private, charter, after-school or homeschool co-op setting.

Who Can't Win?

Employees of PCS Edventures and their families.

Giveaway Entry Period:

Starts: October 15, 2025

Ends:  October 31, 2025

Winner Announcement: On or after November 5, 2025.

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. 

How to Enter:

• Use your work email: We can't accept entries with personal email addresses.
• One entry per person: Play fair and only enter once.
• Be honest: Don't try to enter multiple times with different emails or tricks. Those entries will be disqualified.

Prizes:

What You Can Win:

• One (1) Grand Prize: Dirt Camp Enrichment Program
• One (1) Second Grand Prize: Plants and Seeds Enrichment Program
• Ten (10) Second Prize Winners: A complete Nature's Blueprint or Crafty Creatures Activity Set (includes: 1 Educator Guide and 30 Student Activity Books).

Prize Details:

• Prizes are awarded to the winner's organization.
• To accept the prize, the winner's organization must complete a W9 form and a Prize Acceptance Form.
• Winners organization are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may use photos of you and your prize for promotion.

Winner Notification:

Winners Announced: We'll contact winners by email on or after November 5, 2025. Make sure your spam filter allows our emails. Public announcement on or after November 10, 2025.

Claiming Your Prize: Winners will have a chance to claim their prize by November 7th, 2025. We may choose a new winner if a chosen winner can't be reached or doesn't claim the prize on time.

Rights Granted by you:

By entering, you grant us permission to use your entry (including your name and image, if you win) for promotional purposes, such as news, advertising, and social media.

Terms:

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the giveaway to ensure fairness and security. This includes disqualification for tampering, multiple entries, or using automated methods.  Sponsors have the right to maintain the integrity of the giveaway and void entries as needed. By entering, you agree to receive occasional email updates from Sponsors (you can unsubscribe anytime).

Limited Liability:

By entering, you agree Sponsors aren't responsible for any harm, injury, or loss related to your entry or prize. This includes technical problems, service issues, or human error during the giveaway process.

Disputes:

These rules follow Idaho and US laws. Any disagreements will be settled individually in an Idaho court, not as a class-action lawsuit. You can't claim more than your entry costs, and you waive rights to certain types of damages.
