1. Eligibility: The yearly STEMbassador Appreciation Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ years of age, currently working at a public or private education institution or homeschool co-op in the United States, and have been subscribed to PCS Edventures newsletters for at least 60 consecutive days at the time of the drawing. Employees of PCS Edventures (the "Sponsor"), their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
   
   
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules and accept the decisions of PCS Edventures as final.
   
   
3. Sweepstakes Period: Winners will be randomly drawn on the last business day of October and announced on National STEM Day, November 8, 2025.
   
   
4. How to Enter: All qualifying subscribers are automatically entered. To increase their chances of winning, subscribers can gain additional entries by:
   • Opening and clicking through promotional emails
   • Visiting and exploring the PCS Edventures website
   • Submitting product reviews
   • Contributing comments on blog posts
   • Engaging with PCS Edventures social media posts

6. Prizes: 5 winners will be chosen by random draw:
   • 1st & 2nd place: $1,500 PCS Edventures Gift Card
   • 3rd - 5th place: $50 Visa Gift Card
7. No cash or prize substitution is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all prize-related expenses, including taxes. Winners may assign the prize to their organization. If a winner forfeits a prize, PCS Edventures may choose not to select an alternate winner. Acceptance of the prize grants PCS Edventures permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
   
   
8. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
   
   
9. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be notified via email. PCS Edventures is not liable for undelivered notifications. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited. For prizes over $600, winners must submit a photo and a signed Prize Acceptance form and W9 within 6 days of notification or forfeit the prize.
   
   
10. Rights Granted: By entering, you grant PCS Edventures the right to use your name and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
    
    
11. Terms: PCS Edventures reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes due to unforeseen circumstances. PCS Edventures may disqualify any individual attempting to tamper with the entry process or violate these rules. By entering, you agree to receive email newsletters from PCS Edventures, which you can opt-out of at any time. However, opting out before the drawing disqualifies you from winning.
    
    
12. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release PCS Edventures from any liability arising from your participation or prize acceptance.
    
    
13. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court located in Idaho.
